"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all."

Helen Keller

If you're here, you want something more.  It may be power over your fears + doubts, courage to do something new, patience to deal with life as it is, love to overcome your less-than-perfect self, or simply an escape from the day-in, day-out routine that is less than thrilling.

I'm so glad you expect more from your life.

For some people, the comfort zone of coasting through life--taking life as it comes--is safe + risk-free.  It presents the least amount of effort with the least amount of discomfort.  And that works for most people.

But you aren't most people.

There are two essential skills that you can easily develop to take 100% possession + responsibility for your ideal self/life:

1. First and foremost, decide to be the "master designer" of your life: assume complete ownership of your unique ideas, dreams, + passions. Then, commit to planning + massive action to make them your own.

This means pushing past what other's expect from you, what motions you've been going through to please others, competing with others, comparing yourself to others, and every other SELF DESTRUCTING, SELF DISEMPOWERING habit we humans often allow.

2. Become your own personal "logical diagnostic": in other words, learn how to be a master problem solver, and do it tirelessly.

This means owning every single inch of your life, your relationships, your past, and your future.  It means regularly seeing what you like and don't like in your current situation.  What satisfies you and what continues to frustrate you that is the necessary realization to begin true problem solving.

Plan + take massive action.  You'll be amazed at what you CAN accomplish once you decide that you will not settle for less than you are capable of.  That your dreams and goals for an incredible life are within your grasp but it takes planning + action first.
