projects revisited: a bread bag

As the week comes to a close, I'm happy to say that I'm feeling better.  I've been under the weather for most of the week and am now feeling stronger.  This is a good thing because I have a baking and sewing list I've been promising the girls that we'd get to.  Thank heaven for (mostly) understanding children.

Today I'm happy to share something dear to my heart and my kitchen: our family bread bag.

Our bread bag is a simple drawstring bag embellished with lace.  Do you bake your own bread?  I think you'll really enjoy making a few of these to store your homemades.  And why not store your bagged store-bought bread in this beauty?  It sure beats sitting out on the counter.

See the original post here from my Ribbon Week a year ago.

How and where do you store your daily bread?

Have a most wonderful weekend.
